SHAKTI SISTERHOOD REVIVAL

Medicine for our collective survival.

WITH MELISSA MICHAELS & GUEST ARTISTS

Returning Oct 21-23, 2022

OCTOBER 21-23, 2022

Creativity is liberated. Healing happens. Magic unfolds.

Dancing into the sacred and archetypal cycles of a woman’s life, we will discover how each uniquely moves through us, regardless of our age, diverse social locations, or life stage. Each of the developmental portals of Maiden, Mother, Queen, and Crone will be remembered and embodied, linking us with lunar cycles and the blood mysteries of the feminine. Each cycle deepens our connection with precious and potential parts of our selves, sometimes un-owned, often not fully actualized.

Throughout all time, women gather to re-member forgotten parts and to awaken to the fact that each one of us are…

 FORCES OF NATURE

During this sisterhood reunion, we will serve as one another’s soul teachers, initiators, & beloved friends. We open into our light, beauty, depth, & power as women.

SHAKTI SISTERHOOD REVIVAL.

Our survival truly depends upon each of us showing up to courageously lead in truth and love. Let’s focus on how each cycle of life offers us unique perspectives for the activist-artist-healer, the embodied teachers we are designed to be.

Weaving together the arts of body, heart, & soul, we will awaken each of these sacred cycles of our feminine nature along with further igniting our collective call to action in these pivotal times.

This gathering is a time of renewal & recalibration for each of us as women living life fully. We’ve been doing this for over 4 decades and through 5 generations. Nothing can stop this mighty movement of beloved sisters united in service of all of life.

Those who identify as women, ages 16+, are welcome.

A Movement of Women Together Liberating Our Vast Creative Power in Service of Life

“Thank you for entering my body, cleansing my soul, and rejuvenating the feminine within. A weekend of initiation into my self as a woman in the world… I honor you grandmothers for being strong in your survival and your undiminished love for your family. I wish for you to spend the remainder of your days with a big smile on your faces ~ to dance until your dying day…to feel the dance of lyrical as you move into stillness. I honor the maidens and the mothers and the queens…I honor them all inside of me as I fully embrace the mother: birthing, creating, nurturing, teaching…into my life work…I walk on in the beauty and light of the powerful Shakti, with my sisters beside me.” ~ R.C.

“Deeply powerful.  Sexy and sensual.  This Shakti workshop was one of the most powerfully embodied workshops I have ever taken.  Provocative and engaging, Melissa Michaels is as grounded and integrated as any teacher I have worked with thus far.  The beauty of dancing with women from all ages was staggering, and the depth of experience and knowledge filled the room. … Soaring to uncharted heights, as well as plummeting to unknown depths through this vast scope of the human continuum.”

“This is a profound body of work, ever evolving, which emphasizes finding your own answers and teacher within. Melissa Michaels embodies the saying, ‘We are the Ones we have been waiting for.’  Thank you for your teachings.” ~ A.L.
